Orders and Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all purchases over $50. We ship anywhere in the US via UPS and USPS for orders under $50. Depending on your location, the weight of your item, and the shipping method you select, shipping fees will be determined at the time of purchase.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow one business day for your order to process for standard shipping. After your order has been processed, an email with tracking information will be sent to you. Most orders arrive within two to three business days after the ship date.

Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?
If you need to change something about your order after you've placed it, please email support@coagolf.com and provide your order number and the change you need to make. We won't be able to make any changes once the order has already shipped.

How do I update my delivery address after I’ve placed an order?
Please email us at coagolf.com@gmail.com with the new address in the email body and your order number in the subject line. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can provide an update.

If your order has already shipped, you can contact the delivery service and ask them to update your address.

Can I track my order once it ships?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a tracking link. Please give the delivery service 24 hours to pick up your order and update the tracking.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
All orders shipped with USPS or with our free shipping method can be delivered to PO Box Addresses. However, UPS shipments can not be delivered to PO Box addresses.

Payments and Returns

What payment methods can I use on coagolf.com?
We accept all the following methods of payment:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Venmo, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

What is COA's return policy?
Any unopened, unused boxes may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

How do I make a return?
Please reach out to us at coagolf.com@gmail.com to process a return. Please include both your order number and the word “return” in the subject line of your email.
